ERIK

President

Erik grew up in Cicero, NY where he attended CNS high school. From there he attended Onondaga Community College where he was a member of the nationally ranked Tennis team. Erik then moved to Rochester where he worked for the biggest gutter company in Western NY. In 2002, Erik returned to Cicero and started Full Phase Construction. Erik turned Full Phase into one of the premier gutter companies in the greater CNY area. For over 17 years and counting, he is not just the president and owner but Erik spends every day in the field and personally makes sure each job is perfectly complete and customers receive superior service. In his off time, Erik is an avid boater and snowmobiler, loves to exercise, play golf, makes a wonderful homemade red wine, and spends time with his family and dogs.

DAN

Dan grew up in Baldwinsville, NY where he graduated from C.W. Baker High. He then attended SUNY Oswego where he played collegiate soccer for 4 years and graduated in 2004 with a Business Administration degree. He joined the Full Phase team in 2005 and has been here over 15 years now. Dan has been an integral part of making Full Phase into one of the best gutter companies around CNY. When not at Full Phase, he spends his time coaching Varsity boys’ soccer for both Baldwinsville High School and is a Director of Coaching for Syracuse Fusion Soccer Club. In his spare time, Dan enjoys snowmobiling, boating, playing golf, spending time with his family and dog. He resides in Cicero and is Erik and Matt's cousin.

MATT

Matt was raised in Cicero, NY where he graduated from CNS high school. During that time, he was honored with the class of 2000 Technology award. He then graduated with honors from Onondaga Community College with an associate degree in Technology. He got his first gutter job over 17 years ago and is Full Phases most experienced gutter installer. When not at Full Phase, Matt loves to boat on Oneida lake, hit the beach, shoot trap, snowmobile, and can fix just about anything. He also partners in a catering business where he spends weekends at cooking competitions and catering special events. Matt resides in Cicero and is Erik’s younger brother.
